Day 1 Week 1

Day 1: Running

Today, after work I went to the gym. Nothing special I did the bike and then I ran an hour total. Starting small and then building up gradually.

Currently, these are the are stats:
6 ft.
227 lbs.
30.8 BMI (As it stands anything above 30 is obese). Great, always something to look forward to...

I guess I can post each week's process, just to keep a log.

My plans for this week include a bit of some reading, video watching and execution. Not knowing anything of what it takes to effectively work out I have to read about weightlifting and running. Watch videos so that I don't mess up my body and execute at the gym.

I am going to try to do more cardio with some swimming in the mix. I miss my swimming days. Weightlifting and then some core training! I need to loose those love-handles that I hate.
